Super yummy salmon dish! Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet |
1/4 cup light mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup light cheddar cheese |
1/4 medium onion |
1 tablespoons flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 tablespoons coriander |
1/4 cup red capsicum |
Directions:
1. Toss together salmon, cheeses, onion and flour. 2. Put in a sprayed 9-inch pie plate. 3. Beat eggs slightly; add milk and pepper sauce. 4. Pour over salmon mixture. 5. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
