Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
6 eggs |
1/4 cup(s) heavy cream |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 pound(s) shredded cheese, such as cheddar or cheese |
various cut vegetables such as broccoli, tomatoes, peppers |
1/2 yellow onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use non stick spray on a tart or pie pan. Cook onion and vegetables until softened but not brown or limp. In a large bowl combine eggs, cream, vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a prepared pan. Cover with foil. Cook for 1 hr or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
