A cheese quiche. Omit ham if desired or add veggies. Ingredients:
5 eggs |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup ham, diced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9x9 pan. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. 3. Reduce to 350 degrees and cook for 30-40 more minutes. |
