Crustless Pumpkin Pie (Core)

Ingredients:
15 ounces canned pumpkin (1 large can)
12 ounces evaporated skim milk ( 1 can)
2 eggs (or use 3/4 cup egg substitute)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup splenda
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth
2. Pour into a 9 sprayed pie pan
3. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes, then at 325*F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
