This is truly crustless and the taste with the honey great. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
100 ml honey |
5 ml cinnamon |
2 ml ginger |
2 ml nutmeg |
2 ml salt |
1 (398 ml) can pumpkin |
250 ml evaporated milk, undiluted |
Directions:
1. Butter a deep pie plate. 2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. 3. Thoroughly stir in honey, spices, salt and pumpkin. 4. Add evaporated milk, mixing well. 5. Pour into prepared pie plate. 6. Bake at 350, 40 mins. 7. or until set. 8. May garnish with whip cream. |
