Easy way to make quiche Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten |
2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed (country style) |
1 1/4 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
dash of salt |
dash of pepper |
paprika ( i use smokey paprika) |
6 slices of low sodium bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients; stir well. Pour into a lightly buttered 9 inch pie plate or Quiche dish. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top. Bake for 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
