Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten |
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 green onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
1 dash paprika |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. 3. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon; mix well. 4. Pour into greased pie dish. 5. Sprinkle with paprika. 6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. 7. Sprinkle with bacon. 8. Bake additional 5 minutes. 9. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
