This is a delicious, creamy cheesy quiche. Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
4 eggs |
8 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces cottage cheese |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
6 -8 drops hot sauce |
2 cups grated monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham |
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms in butter over low to medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until tender; set aside. 2. Combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan, flour onion powder and hot sauce in a blender. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Combine egg mixture, mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese and ham. 5. Pour into greased 10-inch quiche dish. 6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. |
