Crustless Cranberry Pie lite

A few substitutions to make this easy holiday dish a little more nutritious, yet just as tasty.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup barley flour (or another whole grain flour, such as wheat or oat)
2/3 cup white sugar or 2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups cranberries or 1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 banana, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter a 9-inch round or 8x8 square pan.
3. Cream margarine and banana.
4. Stir in eggs and sugars.
5. Gently stir in the flour.
6. Add the cranberries and walnuts, stirring only as much as needed to combine.
7. Spread the batter in the pan.
8. Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
