this came from Mr. Food's quick and easy diabetic cooking Ingredients:
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the broiler, coat a broiler pan or a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray place the salmon steaks on the pan. 2. In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well, spread evenly over the top of the salmon steaks, then broil for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, serve immediately. |
