This a great weight gainers' snack! Make sure you use whole milk yogurt to get all those good dairy fats. The cereal can be replaced with a higher calorie yogurt also. Ingredients:
6 oz. vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1 cup kashi go lean crunch |
1/4 cup almonds |
Directions:
1. Put about 1/4 of the yogurt in the bottom of a tall glass. 2. Follow by 1/3 of the cereal,1/3 of the almonds, and 1/3 of the blueberries. 3. Repeat first 2 steps until you are out of dry ingredients. 4. Top with remaining yogurt. |
