Use any fruit and any high fiber cereal bar with fat free yogurt of your choice
Ingredients:
6 oz chobani plain fat free yogurt
1 serving high fiber bar, crumbled
1 cup raspberries (or 1 medium banana)
1 tsp honey
Directions:
1. For a parfait look, use 1/2 the yogurt, bar, and fruit for the 1st layers, repeat, then top with honey. **Greek yogurt is extra thick and great but it is okay to swap for a yogurt with lower calories.
