Easy, delicious and healthy! Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, julienned |
1 (16 ounce) package french style green beans, thawed |
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed |
2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained |
1 (14 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained |
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
1 (8 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. 2. Add the almonds and salad dressing; toss to coat. 3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving. |
