1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon hot chili-sesame oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 small zucchini, cut into thin strips |
1 large carrot, cut into thin strips |
1 yellow squash, cut into thin strips |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add zucchini, carrot, and squash, and toss. Sprinkle with pepper. |
