Have leftover turkey? This is a great recipe to use up some of the leftovers. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked turkey |
2 cups cooked rice |
1 cup sliced celery |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 (9 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, dranied |
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 1/2 cups corn flakes (crushed down to 1 cup) |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl excpet the topping items. 2. Spoon into a greased a 2 quart casserole dish. 3. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top. 4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
