Quick meal to make when the Family is on the go, and perfect for leftover Turkey! *smile* Ingredients:
3 cup diced cooked turkey |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
4 oz mushrooms |
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning |
2 tin cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup milk |
2 oz jar sliced pimento, drained |
3 oz chow mein noodles |
butter |
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and poultry seasoning. 2. Put into a large casserole dish greased with butter. 3. Blend together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture. 4. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top. 5. Bake in slow (325°F) oven for 30 minutes. |
