Crunchy-Topped Fish Fillets |

A Simple and tasty dish Ingredients:
3 slices grain bread |
1 courgette, grated |
50 g parmesan cheese, grated |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 lemon zest |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 white fish fillets (tarakihi, garnered, or snapper) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. 2. Make the bread into breadcrumbs in a food processor. 3. Mix in the remaining ingredients except the fish. 4. Prepare and oven tray with baking paper, then lay fish fillets on the tray. 5. Spoon bread crumb mixture on top of fish. 6. Baked for 30min or until the fish is cook. 7. Serve straight away. |
