Crunchy-Top Ham & Potato Casserole |

I came across this recipe in a magazine while sitting at the hospital with my Mother. Sounds good and would be great on a cold day. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed |
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups sour cream |
2 cups cooked ham |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients except cornflates and 1/4 cup butter. 3. Mix Well. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. 4. Combine cornflakes and 1/4 cup butter, sprinkle on casserole. 5. Bake for 1 hour. |
