Crunchy Three Flavor Pound Cake |

Just dump all ingredients into mixer bowl and mix for 10 minutes to get the best ever pound cake with a crunchy top. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
2 cups flour |
6 eggs |
1 cup shortening |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer for 10 minutes. 2. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. 3. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325° or until golden brown and tests done. 4. Cool and turn out onto rack. 5. Turn it over onto a plate and the top will be crunchy. |
