Ingredients:
3 ounce(s) baked nacho tortilla chips |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
10 ounce(s) enchilada sauce |
1 pound(s) ground sirloin |
1 cup(s) shredded 2% mexican blend cheese |
1 package(s) taco seasoning |
8 ounce(s) tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion; drain any fat. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and enchilalda sauce. Layer 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cheeseand 1/2 of nacho chips, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes 2 350 degrees. Uncover, spread final layer of nacho chips and bake for 10 more minutes. |
