Crunchy Strawberry Shortcake

Fresh summer berries are bursting with flavor. This is a great recipe from the newspaper.
Ingredients:
6 sheets phyllo dough
1-1/2 tbs butter
2 tbs sugar
1 pint strawberries,hulled and halved
2/3 c heavy cream,whipped and slightly sweetened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil
2. Work with one sheet at a time,keeping the rest of the phyllo under plastic wrap. Brish each sheet with a little melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sugar,and lightly scrunch the sheet with your fingers so it becomes crinkled.
3. Bake 8 to 10 mins. Coop to room temperature.
4. Mix berries with 1 Tbs sugar and spoon over phyllo. Top with whipped cream and serve.
