A creative,simple and new salad. Ingredients:
3 ounces ramen noodles |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup walnuts |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1 lb broccoli |
1 head romaine lettuce |
4 green onions |
Directions:
1. Toast noodles, butter and walnuts. 2. Combine olive oil,vinegar,sald,pepper,and orange juice for dressing. 3. Mix broccli, lettuce, and onions for the salad base. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds, oranges, and strawberries for garnish. |
