Hungry Jack biscuits coated in Rice Krispies, these are really good. I like to put garlic on these for a garlic taste and substitute melted butter for the milk. Play with this and tell me your creations. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups rice krispies, coarsely crushed |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (6 ounce) can hungry jack refrigerated biscuits or 1 (6 ounce) can other refrigerated biscuits |
3 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Combine the cereal, cheese and salt. 2. Cut the biscuits into fourths ans shape into balls. 3. Dip balls in milk; dredge in cereal mixture and place 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. 4. Bake at 400 for 6-8 mins or until browned. 5. If making garlic ones, I use 3 Tablespoons of melted butter instead of the milk and add 1 clove garlic minced into the the cereal mixture. |
