Crunchy Raman Broccoli Salad |

A delicious salad that I picked up from a girlfriend when she hosted our monthly bunko night. Absolutely delicious. If you don't like as much sweetness you can modify the sugar. Ingredients:
1 ramen noodles |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1/2 cup broccoli floret |
1 romaine lettuce hearts |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
3/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. brown walnuts and ramen noodles with 1 tblspoon butter and let cool. 2. combine broccoli, lettuce, and cranraisins with walnuts and ramen noodles and toss in a bowl. 3. combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake vigorously and then toss with salad just before serving. |
