Great for summer picnics or summer celebrations. Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, shredded or 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix |
1/2 cup sliced green onion |
1/2 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips |
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
3/4 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Toss cabbage, onions, red peppers, almonds and black pepper in a large bowl,. 2. Add dressing; toss to coat. 3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. |
