Crunchy Peanut and Peanut Butter Cookies |

From Canadian Living Magazine. I will make these someday. Wonder if salt was omitted, but used salted nuts. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar. 2. Beat in egg and vanilla. 3. Mix in dry ingredients. 4. Stir in peanuts. 5. Shape into small balls and place on lightly greased cookie pan. 6. Bake 350 8-10 minute. |
