Crunchy Pea Salad

A different salad that we enjoy when it's hot out. I've added seafood or hard boiled eggs and used it as a main course. Should be chilled for 2 hours
Ingredients:
dressing
1/2 c sour cream
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 10 oz packages frozen peas, thawed
1 8-oz can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c sliced green onion
3 slices cooked bacon pieces
Directions:
1. To make dressing combine:
2. SOUR CREAM, VINEGAR, MILK, SUGAR, SALT AND GARLIC POWDER.
3. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE PEAS, WATER CHESTNUTS, ONION, AND BACON PIECES. ADD DRESSING, TOSS LIGHTLY TO COAT. COVER AND CHILL.
