Crunchy Onion Chicken

My husband had me try this one the other night and wow- it was actually really yummy! I think he saw it on TV, but it worked!
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup french-fried onions
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg (beaten with a little water or milk)
olive oil
Directions:
1. Grease sheet pan with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Heat oven to 375.
3. Mix onions and flour in large plastic bag.
4. Dip chicken in egg mixture.
5. Then coat chicken with oinion mixture.
6. Put on pan and coat with any left over crumbs- press firmly to make sure they will stick. (The crumbs).
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and breading is golden brown.
