Crunchy Mandarin Orange Broccoli Salad

A wonderful make ahead salad side dish and so easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 cups broccoli florets
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or 1/2 cup nuts, of your choice
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, oranges, onion, bacon, nuts and raisins.
4. Add dressing and toss to coat.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
