Have not tried this yet, but it looks very easy and yummy. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal |
1 1/4 cups flaked coconut |
2 egg whites |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/8 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. 2. With damp fingers, shape into 1 1/2 inch mounds on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. 3. Bake at 300 F for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. 4. Remove from the pans to wire racks to cool. |
