This was my Gigi's (grandma) recipe. Tangy and crunchy with a sweet twist. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) container cool whip |
1 cup sweetened condensed milk |
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
2 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whip cool whip, lemonade, and milk until smooth. 2. Fold in pineapple and nuts. 3. Pour into crusts. 4. Chill until stiff, several hours. |
