Crunchy Ice Cream Topping |

Don't care for anything in my ice cream but love this on top Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 stick cold butter |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts (your choice) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. In mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar 3. Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs 4. Add coconut and nuts 5. Spread onto greased 15x10 baking sheet 6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally 7. Cool 8. Break up into bite size pieces 9. Keep refrigerated 10. 3 cups |
