1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
2 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 lb pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F. 2. Combine butter, corn syrup, water, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Add pecans and stir to completely coat nuts. 4. Spread nuts evenly on lined baking sheet. 5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. 6. Cool and serve. |
