A little different French Toast Ingredients:
8 bread slices |
2 medium eggs |
2 c. milk |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
2 c. corn flake crumbs |
butter |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla until blended. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. 3. Place corn flake crumbs in a shallow dish or bowl. 4. Dip each bread slice into egg mixture and then dip into corn flake crumbs. 5. Cook in buttered skillet until both sides are golden brown. 6. Cut French Toast into diagonals and serve with your favorite syrup. |
