Refreshing and tasty feta salad. Ingredients:
1/2 lb haricots vert,trimmed |
1/2 c pepared olive oil vinaigrette |
1/2 c 2% greek yogurt |
1/2 tsp crushed ,fresh rosemary |
9 c spring lettuce mix |
1 red pepper,seeded and sliced |
1 c thin sliced onion rings |
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese |
Directions:
1. In large saucepot of boiling water,cook haricot vert 5 mins. Drain;rinse in cold water. 2. In bowl,combine vinaigrette,Greek yogurt and rosemary 3. Place haricot vert and remaining ingredients in serving bowl;toss gently. Drizzle with dressing. |
