Very crunchy and delicious... very easy to prepare, Pour honey or maple syrup over this wonderful chcken and enjoy... This recipe comes from Kellow's Ingredients:
425 gr. corn flakes |
1 egg |
250 ml skim milk |
250 ml all-purpose flour |
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, a dash of paprika (optional) |
1 large chicken breast in fillets, or 6 chicken pieces (with or without skin) |
Directions:
1. Directions 2. Place crumbs in shallow dish and set aside, add fresh ground pepper and a dash of paprika See Photo 3. Whisk together egg and milk until combined. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Dip chicken pieces into batter; coat with crumbs ( be generous) Place single layer in foil- See Photo 4. lined baking pan. Drizzle with margarine. 5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 30 - 40 minutes or until cooked through. Do not cover and turn chicken while baking. See Photo |
