This is Dinner: Day 8, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. Ingredients:
220 g chicken breast fillets |
cooking spray |
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
3 celery ribs, trimmed and chopped |
4 green onions, sliced thinly |
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped coarsely |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
6 small iceberg lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Spray chicken with cooking oil; cook chicken in heated small frying pan. Remove from heat; cool. Shred chicken coarsely; combine in medium bowl with cheese, celery, onion, dill, and garlic. 2. Divide chicken mixture among lettuce leaves. |
