This is my way of cooking: easy-peasy, quick and good tasting. I hope you like it. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed into crumbs |
4 boneless chicken breast halves |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix stuffing and cheese on plate. 2. Dip chicken into beaten egg. 3. Then coat with stuffing/cheese mixture. 4. Place chicken on baking sheet. 5. Drizzle with margarine. 6. BAKE at 400°F. 7. for 20 min. 8. or until chicken is done. 9. The original recipe calls for serving this with canned/jarred chicken gravy- just a suggestion! 10. ENJOY! |
