These are great. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream (8 ounces) |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon minced chives (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 ounces) |
1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper. 2. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. 3. Spread in a 15x19x1-inch baking pan. 4. Combine cheese and cornflakes. 5. Sprinkle over potatoes. 6. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
