Crunchy Cheese Biscuits

A nice alternative to traditional plain biscuits, these will liven up your next family dinner.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 cups flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease baking sheet.
3. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix well.
4. Using hands, shape dough into small balls.
5. Place balls on baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart, flatten using palm of hand or the bottom of a drinking glass.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Cool slightly on wire racks before serving.
