Crunchy Catfish Fingers

A kid friendly meal, it would be great with a cold salad and some baked beans. catfish fillets are 4 oz a piece
Ingredients:
8 catfish fillets
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
5 cups corn flakes cereal, squares
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 365°F Cut each fillet lengthwise into 3 strips Sprinkle fish with 1/2 salt.
2. Whisk together milk and mustard in a small bowl, combine cereal, cornstarch and pepper along with rest of salt. Dip fish into milk mixture. Roll around in crushed cereal mixture. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with a cooking spray. lightly spay fish with spray.
3. Bake at 370°F for 20 to 22 min or until fish falls apart with a poke of a fork. Serve with tarter sauce of ketchup.
