My sister gave me this recipe. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon margarine |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 head green cabbage, shredded |
8 green onions, sliced |
2 (3 ounce) bags ramen noodles, noodles only, crushed |
3/4 cup almonds, sliced |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Brown sesame seeds in margarine. 2. In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onions, noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. 3. In a small bowl, mix the last 4 ingredients to make the dressing. 4. Add dressing to salad ingredients just before serving; toss to coat. |
