2 leaves chinese cabbage |
1 small piece carrot, julienned |
2/3 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Julienned the green cabbage leaves and their white stalks separately. 2. Sprinkle the stem strips and the carrots with the salt. Knead gently. 3. Add the green strips and squeeze out excess water. |
