This is my 100th recipe!! = ) Ingredients:
3 cups brussels sprouts |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
3 tablespoons chopped almonds |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon vermouth |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon celery salt - i use regular salt |
Directions:
1. In a med Sauce pan, steam brussels sprouts till tender, drain. 2. While the brussels sprouts are cooking - Mix remaining ingredients in a skillit and heat through. 3. Add Sprouts to the skillit and stir till well coated, serve. |
