another recipe from a friend's party. She likes this when freshly served as chilling makes it less crunchy Don't have to add chicken either.
Ingredients:
16 0z pkg brocolli slaw mix
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 cup silvered almonds or salted sunflowe seeds
2 pkg beef ramen noodles crushed
dressing
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
dry seasoning mix from ramen noodles
1 cup cooked chopped chicken breast
Directions:
1. Prep does not include cooking chicken
2. Prepare dressing and chill overnight if desired
3. Combine the brocolli slaw mix, almonds, onions
4. Sitr dressing into mixture
5. Add the crushed noodles and chicken
6. May serve at once or chill for later ( mixture will be less crunchy if chiled )
