Ingredients:
4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut up |
1/3 cup(s) dry bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1 can(s) french fried onions, crushed |
3/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) melted butter |
1 tablespoon(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the egg and milk in a shallow dish and whisk until blended. Combine the onions and cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish and mix well. Dip the chicken in the the egg mixture. Roll in the bread crumb mixture to coat. 2. Arrange the chicken in a 9x12 inch baking dish and drizzle with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, or until the chicken registers 165. Refrigerate any leftovers. |
