Do you have leftover bagels or need to make a quick appetizer ?? Why pay 3 bucks for bagel chips..Here it is..The thinner you can slice these, the better. Ingredients:
4 unsliced bagels |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Refrigerate bagels for 1 hour. Cut into 1/4-in. slices.( or smaller) Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Combine butter and garlic salt; brush over bagel slices. 2. Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 4 dozen. |
