To use up leftover bagels. Ingredients:
2 unsliced bagels |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Refrigerate bagels for 1 hour. Cut into 1/4-in. slices. 2. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Combine butter and garlic salt; brush over bagel slices. 3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. |
