Ingredients:
2 chopped green onions
2 chopped celery ribs
1 cup miracle whip
1 lb granny smith apple
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Directions:
1. Cut apples into thin sticks. Mix with green onions, celery and carrots.
2. Mix together Miracle Whip, ginger and nuts.
3. Toss with the apple mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
