Found this cut out of some magazine, sorry, don't know exactly where it came from. It sure sounds good, though! Ingredients:
8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 teaspoons amaretto |
2 teaspoons slivered almonds, toasted |
4 amaretti cookies, crushed (0.75 inch) |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla yogurt and amaretto; stir well. 2. Spoon evenly into 2 stemmed glasses. 3. Sprinkle with almonds and cookie crumbs. 4. Yum! 5. * Toast in dry skillet. Stir or shake while toasting. Watch carefully! |
